Order Processing.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.* Be advised that order processing
times may vary during show seasons.
All credit card purchases are subject to authorization during processing prior to
shipment.
*Rush order processing is available upon request for an additional $10 service fee
and will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 pm PST. Please note that
Rush ordering does not include expedited shipping. Refer to
Shipping for more information.
Custom Ordering.
Most of our products are offered in pre-selected assortments of 3, 6 or 12 pieces
each. As a service to our customers and due to popular demand, we allow custom ordering
within an assortment for a 5% surcharge of the assortment price per custom assortment.
