How long until my order ships?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.* Be advised that order processing
times may vary during show seasons. Once an order has been processed it is shipped
via standard UPS Ground.**
*Rush order processing is available upon request for an additional $10 service fee
and will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 pm PST.
**Expedited shipping services are available upon request for an additional fee that
is based upon shipping destination and package weight.

We use only the finest Austrian, Czech & Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones
and non-tarnishing base metals in our designs.

We work with numerous factories around the world to create our unique designs.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement for ordering and reordering?
We have a minimum purchase requirement of $180. A $10 surcharge will be applied
to any orders below the minimum.

Marcia Miller, founder and owner of I Love Bracelets, is a designer of hundreds
of products sold in the gift industry. Recognized as a color expert, she infuses
the entire line with her know-how of color trends as well as the specific retail
needs of the industry.
Our unique color assortments are designed to generate multiple sales at the register.
By allowing you to match earrings, bracelets, necklaces & rings by color you
are sure to find everything to suit the demands of your clientele.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check, Money Orders, and C.O.D.
All NSF checks are subject to a $20 return check fee.

Why are some of the items in my order missing?
It is likely that some items are out of stock/backordered/discontinued.
If you have been billed for items that you did not received please email us at sales@ilovebracelets.com
and we will investigate the matter immediately.
Can I hand pick my own collections?
As a service to our customers, we now allow custom ordering within an assortment
for a 5% surcharge of the assortment price.

Can I order individual bracelet styles?
In order to hand select individual items you must purchase a minimum of 6 pieces per color and style.

Can I modify the items in your prepacks?
Prepacks are specially designed to carry our best sellers to make it easy for our
customers. We do not allow modifications to prepacks.
